By using WifloShare (this website and tool), operated by Thavasi in India, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

WifloShare lets you transfer files directly between two devices using your web browser. WifloShare does not store your files. The service is provided free of charge and may show advertisements.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the files you send and receive. You agree not to use WifloShare to:

• Share content you don't have the right to share, including pirated or copyrighted material.
• Share illegal, harmful, abusive or sexually exploitative content.
• Spread malware, or attempt to attack, overload or disrupt the service or other users.
• Break any applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.

Only open files from people you trust. WifloShare does not scan files for viruses.

Your own relay

If you add your own Cloudflare relay, you are responsible for that account, its credentials and any charges Cloudflare bills you for. Keep your credentials private.

No warranty

WifloShare is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Transfers may fail, be interrupted or be slow depending on your devices and networks. Keep your own copies of important files.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WifloShare and its operator are not liable for any loss of data, damages or costs arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms or change the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
